Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 5–8 years maintenance/engineering experience with leadership and supervisory exposure.
• Manufacturing or dairy-related experience preferred.
• Experience applying safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance dept, ensuring safety, quality, yields, throughput and efficiency.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering/management on equipment modifications to cut costs.
• Oversee SAP-based task planning, spares, and downtime in plant operations.
• Ensure GMP/regulatory compliance and drive best practices across the team.
