Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and strict adherence to GMP, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

You will prioritize work orders, implement preventive maintenance programs, and use ERP/CMMS systems to plan tasks while coaching the team, preventing downtime, and supporting asset life cycles and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2 to 5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership aptitude, team lead experience, or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign daily jobs and work orders with clear direction.
• Implement an effective predictive/preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Use ERP/CMMS systems to plan tasks, parts, and job descriptions.
• Ensure maintenance staff understands work practices and procedures.
• Assist maintenance manager with timely completion of preventive work orders and repairs.
• Support root cause analysis and capital projects as needed.
