This hands‑on leadership role directs a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts and buildings, balancing preventive maintenance with reactive troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and delivery schedules.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with production teams to drive safety, process improvements, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on technical experience with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
• Proven leadership in team building and accountability.
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance activities to meet reliability goals.
• Maintain and execute strict preventive maintenance schedules.
• Travel between Feasterville-Trevose and Ivyland sites to support uptime.
• Manage maintenance budget, parts inventory, and purchasing activities.
• Mentor and train technicians to improve equipment effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities and metrics.
