Responsibilities

• Lead safety and compliance with site policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Direct maintenance activities to meet reliability goals and delivery schedules.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to maximize asset availability.
• Manage parts inventory, purchasing activities, and budget controls.
• Provide technical directions to technicians and supervisors and mentor staff.
• Travel between Feasterville-Trevose and Ivyland sites to support uptime.
