Job summary
Advantage Technical is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Leola, PA facility. You will lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams, directing capital projects from planning through commissioning.
The role requires 7+ years in a fabrication manufacturing environment and hands-on experience with automation controls and PLCs. The successful candidate will manage safety, budgets, and performance metrics while coordinating with operations and leadership to ensure uptime and continuous
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading capital projects from planning through commissioning.
- 7+ years of maintenance/engineering in a fabrication manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability teams including supervisors, engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Develop and execute safety, cost, and efficiency initiatives; lead KPI and budget planning.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, EHS, and leadership to hit plant objectives.
