Job summary
Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the plant's maintenance, reliability, and engineering functions, maximizing uptime, asset life, safety, and operational efficiency. You will drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs while managing personnel, capital projects, and budgets.

Qualifications
- Essential engineering knowledge across hydraulics, pneumatics, thermodynamics, electrical systems, automation, and mechanical systems.
- RCM methodologies and maintenance planning experience.
- Root Cause Analysis and failure analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant maintenance, reliability, and engineering functions for uptime and efficiency.
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for maintenance services and capital projects.
- Provide supervision and development for maintenance staff.
