Job summary

Carlisle Company is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise maintenance technicians and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment at our Chandler facility.

The role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, improving equipment reliability, and reducing downtime while working with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams. Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical (480V, motor controls, VFDs), pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Prioritize and assign maintenance work to support production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Support and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety programs.
