Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead plant-level Maintenance and Facilities Engineering within a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will drive reliability, asset utilization, and facility performance while partnering with Operations and Engineering to reduce downtime and improve safety culture.

Reporting to the VP/General Manager, you will oversee maintenance programs, budgets and capital projects, and standardize practices across the campus to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance or facilities teams.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance systems and reliability practices.
• U.S. person status required due to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and Facilities Engineering to ensure safe, reliable plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Improve asset utilization by increasing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain maintenance and facilities metrics and manage budgets and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to support production efficiency and on-time delivery.
