Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the plant's maintenance, reliability, and engineering functions. You will drive uptime, asset life-cycle performance, safety, and efficiency through preventive, predictive, and RC maintenance programs.

You’ll manage personnel, budgets, and capital initiatives while partnering with Operations and Corporate teams to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience leading reliability and maintenance improvement programs and capital projects.
• Strong data-driven decision making and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant maintenance, reliability, and engineering functions.
• Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and RC-based maintenance strategies.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, planning, scheduling, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve safety and performance.
