Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance across injection molding, blow molding and packaging lines. You will hire, train and evaluate a world-class maintenance team, partner with Production to schedule maintenance, and drive safety, quality and cost improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and a proven track record of delivering reliable equipment and optimized maintenance processes in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or business; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in manufacturing environment or similar; 4+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Oversees activities of maintenance department.
• Collaborates with Production Manager to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Builds and leads maintenance teams to keep lines running and parts in stock.
• Oversees contractors performing installations and projects at the facility.
• Hires, trains, and reviews performance; works with HR on discipline and recruitment.
• Oversees safety team activities and enforces safety requirements.
• Implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems; maintains time and maintenance records.
• Develops capital equipment justifications to improve quality, cost, and cycle times.
