Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Zero Incident safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of six maintenance technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and build training programs.
• Support troubleshooting and critical equipment repairs.
• Improve equipment reliability and drive uptime improvements.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Lead root cause analysis and eliminate repeat failures.
• Drive continuous improvement projects including PLC upgrades and safety enhancements.
• Manage maintenance budget, capital planning, and spare parts inventory.
