Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking Maintenance Technical Area Coordinators (MTACs) for the Monticello, Arkansas facility. This hands-on, full-time role leads maintenance and reliability in a defined area, coordinating with OTACs and MTACs to prioritize critical work and improve equipment performance.

The position requires safety leadership and strong communication across teams. The MTAC will contribute to preventive maintenance, RCFA analyses, and planning meetings while using SAP to manage work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of industrial skilled-trades experience as millwright, electrician, E&I technician, mobile mechanic, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities within an assigned area.
• Maintain equipment per OEM specs, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Use downtime data to establish work priorities and implement solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance with OTACs and MTACs; build work plans.
• Lead RCFA and preventive maintenance actions; support annual maintenance budget.
