Job summary

Dennis Eagle is seeking a Maintenance Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our Worksop manufacturing site, coordinating planned maintenance and managing external contractors to keep facilities and equipment safe and reliable.

You will oversee maintenance records, ensure compliance with safety and health requirements, and drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and cost control across site services.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance or operations environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and external contractors.
• Trade background in electrical/plumbing/carpentry is valuable.
• Understanding of building, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to urgent issues.
• Relevant qualification in facilities management or engineering.
• IPAF certification for MEWP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance for site equipment and infrastructure.
• Complete minor repairs and arrange tools, equipment or specialist support.
• Manage maintenance requests from initial report through to completion.
• Organise contractors and ensure work meets site safety requirements.
• Maintain production tooling and equipment.
• Support compliance with fire, electrical, gas and water hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate services including lighting, heating, ventilation, waste and security.
• Maintain accurate records and report on maintenance costs and performance.
• Identify practical ways to improve site reliability, safety and efficiency.
