Vulcan Elements Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site R&D Pilot Plant in Durham, NC. You will report to the Pilot Operations Manager and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and laboratory equipment to support production and testing activities.

You will document actions, schedule work orders in a CMMS, and develop safe SOPs and lock-out-tag-out procedures. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and collaboration with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• CMMS documentation experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and laboratory equipment.
• Document, schedule, and create work orders using a CMMS platform.
• Create and follow safe SOPs, Work instructions, and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, and engineers to document failure points and preventative solutions.
