Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) invites applications for the Maintenance Administrative Coordinator role in the Plant Maintenance department at San Antonio State Hospital. This full-time Program Supervisor I position supports administrative and financial duties, HR tasks, and maintenance workflow coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in office management, procurement, and financial systems, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of Office Management experience in an Administrative Office setting.
• At least three (3) years of experience in procurement and contracting, including requisition entry and reconciliation.
• At least three (3) years of experience in the operation of financial programs (e.g., SCOR).
• At least three (3) years of experience in work order programs (e.g., CAFM10).

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be asked to work a specific shift schedule.
• Supervises HR tasks, reviews applications, interviews candidates and handles leave approval.
• Maintains the Capital Asset Planning System (CAPS) and ensures accurate hospital needs data.
• Inputs or directs input of work orders, job orders, and maintenance data into CAFM.
• Maintains records for maintenance and construction contracts and reconciles purchases with POs.
