Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the maintenance operations through subordinates.
• Works with Quality Management to ensure standards compliance.
• Interacts with the Material Manager to ensure parts flow for supply and equipment.
• Makes recommendations to the Director of Maintenance for improvements.
• Ensures completion of all required records through supervisors.
• Maintains assigned hangar(s) and shops in a clean, orderly manner.
• Ensures proper handling and disposition of parts in repair process.
• Maintains high quality standards in assigned areas.
• Plans, directs and coordinates maintenance activities across departments.
