Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Indiana to manage procurement, parts inventory, goods receiving, and supervision of outside contractors for the maintenance department.

The role includes stockroom organization, inventory control, and ensuring adequate stock levels. A solid background in mechanical/electrical components and hands-on aptitude is required.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• MMP certificate or financial management courses are an asset.
• Industry experience is an asset.
• Capital allocation / budget management is an asset.
• ERP / SAP working knowledge preferred.
• CMMS working knowledge preferred.
• Automotive, RV, Heavy Duty Equipment experience considered.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across internal functions and with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Audits of spare parts inventory, receive invoices, and process paperwork.
• Plan and purchase repair materials and spare parts inventory.
• Plan and purchase consumable inventory.
• Work with maintenance team to build improvements for parts rooms, processes, and methods.
• Ensure parts and repair materials are purchased cost-effectively within purchasing policies.
• Identify and bring forward improvement opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
