Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks an experienced Maintenance/Plant Manager to drive reliability and improvement across packaging operations. You will lead maintenance teams, manage capital projects, and coordinate resources to optimize equipment performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in industrial automation with PLCs, a Lean mindset, and strong leadership. You will develop training plans and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic
• Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement
• Lean environment experience preferred; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus
• Exceptional leadership and proven team-building skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency and maintenance software knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assigns work orders to shift teams for equipment modifications and maintenance.
• Coordinates maintenance resources and supports capital and continuous improvement projects.
• Reviews equipment performance with personnel to identify safety, quality, cost, productivity and customer satisfaction issues.
• Monitors KPIs and makes recommendations to improve OEE and problem resolution.
• Maintains records of maintenance activities and service schedules.
• Assists in recruiting and training maintenance staff.
