Qualifications

• Experience in machine repair of plastic injection systems and automation.
• Ability to read and understand electrical prints and schematics.
• Experience with 480V motor control systems and AC drive troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and manuals.
• Excellent attendance and work record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to production teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Install, modify, repair machines using drawings, manuals and specifications.
• Electrical/PLC setup and troubleshooting for machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including Injection Molding Machines, automation, conveyors, and air systems.
• Maintain documentation for preventive maintenance and machine records.
• Identify and communicate potential safety issues and cost-saving ideas.
