Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods Company is seeking a Maintenance Process Lead to oversee and continuously improve our Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling program on assigned lines. The role focuses on preventing downtime through proactive planning and disciplined execution.

You will collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability and safety, and maintain thorough maintenance records and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of preventative maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for production equipment.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records and generate performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering teams on schedules and improvements.
