Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of experience in preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; proficient with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all production equipment and machinery.
• Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions.
• Create and maintain detailed maintenance logs and records for all machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during scheduled maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize machinery performance.
• Identify and address recurring equipment failures or inefficiencies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed to determine changes to PM programs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
