Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. is seeking an Maintenance Electromechanical Lead to direct reliability and maintenance activities for our plant. You will lead, train and support maintenance technicians, coordinate CMMS documentation, and drive equipment upgrades and process improvements to maximize uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, five or more years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, and the ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members is preferred.
• Associate degree or trade training is preferred.
• Experience driving process improvement and maintaining documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate reliability and maintenance activities for plant operations.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians across shifts.
• Coordinate with CMMS to document events and manage work orders.
• Oversee machine upgrades and downtime repairs; train mechanics on new equipment.
• Design, fabricate, and install equipment improvements and handle root-cause analyses.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SQF, plant safety, and audits.
