PRAXM is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure a positive resident experience, contributing to our high-performing team.

Typical duties include completing service requests, maintaining HVAC systems, and preparing vacant units. The role requires reliable transportation and flexibility for weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance and repairs across multifamily properties.
• Strong troubleshooting across maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests promptly per policies.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and general building systems as needed.
• Prepare vacant units to market-ready condition.
• Assist with on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high curb appeal.
