Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Porter for Twin Creeks Apartments in Clackamas, OR. The role entails cleaning, light maintenance, and outdoor grounds work from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The position includes health benefits and retirement options, with a strong emphasis on safety and property upkeep. Candidates should have at least 1 year of porter/groundskeeping experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 20–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant porter and groundskeeping experience
• General knowledge of janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, vacuuming, and dusting
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development
• Approximately 90% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require climbing stairs, scaffolds, ladders and maneuvering walkways
• Approximately 10% in office environment using computer or tablet and phone

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial services for the interior and exterior of the building, including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, vacuuming, and dusting
• Operate a leaf blower and pressure washer
• Assist in maintenance duties as assigned by Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
• Promote community member satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of community cleanliness and curb appeal
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as necessary
• Interact with current and future community members in a professional, courteous, and non-discriminatory manner
