Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a part-time Porter to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our community. This role covers indoor/outdoor common areas, parking structures, and snow/ice removal as needed.

Candidates should have janitorial experience, be able to lift 50+ lbs, and stand for several hours. We value a friendly demeanor and teamwork in a fast-paced residential setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning).
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand 4-6 hour shifts.
• Friendly demeanor and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Porter is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas and hallways are properly maintained. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
