Job summary

M organ Group in San Antonio seeks a hands-on maintenance team member to uphold grounds, perform repairs, and ensure safe, clean common areas. You will follow established manuals, complete service requests promptly, and assist with pool and exterior maintenance while upholding the company’s values.

This role requires practical experience in property maintenance, the ability to work on feet for extended periods, and a commitment to safety and teamwork within a dynamic apartment community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Experience in pool care and general maintenance in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris and that all external fixtures are clean and in working order.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris, and report all safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance.
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units for move-ins when needed.
• Clean pool, chairs, tables, decks and umbrellas.
• Comply with all training requirements set forth for this position.
