Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Porter for two apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work across two properties during the week.

You will handle janitorial tasks, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to meet the property’s upkeep standards. The position offers an $18.00 hourly wage, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a benefits package that includes health and dental

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• 1+ years of porter/groundskeeping experience
• Knowledge of janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, vacuuming, and dusting
• Demonstrates teamwork, hygiene, integrity and strong customer service
• Ability to walk stairs, climb ladders, and operate cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas
• Paint and light maintenance across two properties
• Maintain property grounds and landscaping, ensuring curb appeal
• Interact with residents professionally and assist with requests
• Attend trainings and communicate daily with Supervisors and Property Manager
