Qualifications

• Preferred High School diploma or GED; may be waived with 1 year experience.
• Experience using various maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tenant apartments for occupancy.
• Complete routine repairs and ensure documentation.
