Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, mirrors, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Sweeps, mops, waxes floors and stairways.
• Dusts furniture, vacuums carpets, and polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, windows, doors, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets; cleans vacant apartments as needed.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
• Shovels snow and clears walkways in winter.
