Culver’s is seeking a dedicated Porter/Maintenance Technician to support restaurant upkeep and operations. You’ll help maintain interior and exterior areas, manage stock in coolers and dry storage, and perform routine equipment maintenance with safety and cleanliness as top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the Restaurant: Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Handling Supplies and Inventory: Accurately stock and organize food and supplies in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas using the First In-First Out (FIFO) method. Monitor shelf life and code dates to maintain quality standards.
• Completing Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
• Exterior Care: Maintain the building’s appearance, including landscaping and seasonal tasks like snow removal, ensuring a safe and attractive environment.
• Equipment Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of restaurant equipment to troubleshoot and address minor issues effectively.
