Job summary

Culver’s in Ohio is seeking a Porter to perform restaurant maintenance and support duties, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient operation across shifts. You’ll help keep equipment in good working order and support opening tasks to prepare for service.

This role requires a practical approach to maintenance, attention to safety, and a willingness to assist with additional tasks to create a positive guest experience at Culver’s.

Qualifications

• Maintains sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely.
• Maintains exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Follows company safety standards at all times.
• Coordinates duties with opening team members for smooth service.
• Maintains basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
