Responsibilities

Basic Function: This role involves facility maintenance and customer service. Prior experience is preferred but not required. The individual should work independently and may include tasks such as equipment service and general housekeeping.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning as per checklists and supervisor directives to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect the garage daily for maintenance issues and address them promptly.
• Clean entrances, exits, stairwells, and other surfaces regularly.
• Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness of all areas.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces as directed.
• Replace bulbs, apply oil absorbent to spills, and submit repair requests.
• Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and record maintenance activities.
• Operate cleaning and outdoor equipment, including snow removal tools.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and resolve complaints.
• Be familiar with all operations and perform additional duties such as cashiering as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or painting is a plus. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Availability for flexible shifts, including potential third shifts and weekends, depending on location needs.

Strong communication skills, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Salary Range: $22.00 per hour
