Responsibilities

Basic Function: This position involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Duties include equipment service and general housekeeping.

1. Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions to ensure cleanliness and safety.
2. Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify and address maintenance issues.
3. Clean entrances, exits, stairwells, and other surfaces.
4. Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness of all areas.
5. Paint facility surfaces as directed to maintain appearance.
6. Replace bulbs and apply absorbents to spills.
7. Report repairs and maintenance needs.
8. Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters.
9. Maintain inventory of supplies and keep records of maintenance activities.
10. Operate outdoor equipment and handle snow removal as needed.
11. Report safety hazards and policy violations promptly.
12. Provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and resolve complaints.
13. Familiarize with all operational aspects and perform other duties such as cashiering when required.
14. Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in maintenance, electrical, or painting is a plus.

License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Availability: Flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.

Skills: Clear communication, customer service orientation, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
