Responsibilities

Basic Function - This role involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Prior experience is preferred but not required; candidates must be able to work independently. Additional duties include equipment servicing and general housekeeping.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Conduct daily inspections of the garage to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Keep entrances, exits, stairwells, and other areas clean and free of debris.
• Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Paint and maintain surfaces as directed to ensure a neat appearance.
• Replace bulbs and apply oil absorbent to spills.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters daily.
• Provide gate and ticket data to management.
• Manage inventory of janitorial supplies and maintain sweep sheets.
• Operate cleaning equipment and outdoor tools as needed.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Report safety hazards and unusual incidents promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service by practicing key customer satisfaction principles.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints independently or with supervisor support.
• Be familiar with all operational aspects and cover other roles such as cashier or attendant as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and complete uniform compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in maintenance, electrical, or painting is a plus.

License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on location needs.

Skills: Clear communication, good judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks.

Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting; ability to work in extreme weather and dusty or chemical environments.

Salary Range: $20.42 per hour
