Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Porter to support Broadstone Vega in Redmond, WA. You will help maintain clean, safe common areas and assist with day-to-day property operations, contributing to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of interiors: lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairs, glass doors/windows, floors.
• Clean exteriors: sidewalks, walkways, driveways, garages, flower beds, windows/doors.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to replace or order.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to residents, guests and teammates.
• Communicate real-time issues and needs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures including proper handling of cleaning products and PPE.
