Job summary

Foster Farms in California is seeking a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to oversee daily planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the plant. Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of Maintenance Planning personnel and coordinate scheduling.
Lead coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.
Plan preventive and predictive maintenance programs and analyze downtime data.
Ensure standardized maintenance planning across shifts and departments.
Monitor maintenance KPIs: reliability, downtime, PM compliance, and costs.
Oversee spare parts inventory management and supplier partnerships.
Develop and manage maintenance planning budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Communicate goals and results to leadership.
