Job summary

DTE Energy is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance work across electrical and gas facilities in Michigan. The role requires strong planning and estimation skills and experience with Maximo and related scheduling tools.

You will work in a hybrid environment with in-person work at a designated location and be part of a team focused on safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline with two years of mechanical, electrical, or instrument experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes and establish work scope for daily and project work.
• Develop accurate time and resource estimates and scheduling.
• Create detailed job plans with step-by-step processes.
• Validate estimates against actuals to improve Maximo data.
• Create and maintain multi-week schedules with milestones for major projects.
