Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Associate degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Math, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• High School diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team and estimating/scheduling efforts toward the development of the project plan and translating the plan into the estimate/schedule.
• Develops and analyzes project estimates or schedules, including time impact and delay analysis, and reviews schedule updates.
• Prepares schedule progress reports, trends, and forecasts for significant project activities.
