Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and optimize maintenance schedules across production equipment. The role collaborates with Supervisors and Operations to align priorities with manufacturing needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in maintenance planning in high-volume manufacturing, with strong CMMS experience (SAP or Maximo) and a data-driven mindset. This on-site position offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in maintenance planning or scheduling.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize maintenance schedules.
Plan and coordinate daily/weekly/shutdown activities.
Prioritize work orders based on safety, production impact and resources.
Create detailed job plans with labor, parts, tools and time.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and Operations.
Maintain inventory levels of spare parts; coordinate with purchasing.
Use CMMS to generate/track work orders, maintain asset history, analyze downtime.
Drive continuous improvement to improve uptime and reliability.
Monitor KPIs: planned vs unplanned, schedule compliance, downtime.
Support RCA and corrective action implementation.
Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
