Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Planning Supervisor/Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities for United Water New Rochelle and Westchester. The role focuses on short- and long-range planning, resource allocation, and liaison with operations and engineering teams.

You will manage schedule optimization, prepare performance reports, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations or maintenance planning preferred.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance work for United Water New Rochelle and United Water Westchester.
• Maintain long- and short-range planning with resource and budget awareness.
• Lead KPI reporting and ensure schedule compliance and staff utilization.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and external contractors for daily work.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate with management and regulators as needed.
• Monitor and manage health, safety and environmental protection programs.
