Job summary

Veolia Westchester is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance work for Westchester operations, including short- and long-term planning, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with maintenance management systems and the ability to liaise with operations, engineering and bargaining teams to keep work on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years related work in operations is required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-range and short-range scheduling and analysis of backlog.
• Be the liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and other departments.
• Maintain and optimize the InFor database system for Westchester and related reporting.
