Job summary

Danone is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Fort Worth, Texas plant. You will lead maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure reliable equipment performance and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires coordinating weekly and monthly maintenance plans and driving KPI improvements. The ideal candidate will have a technical engineering background, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to work with line teams and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• A bachelor's degree in an engineering field, degree preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize work orders and notifications within 24 hours of generation.
• Lead the scheduling of maintenance work for the next week and month.
• Develop and update annual maintenance plan and calendar.
• Ensure maintenance KPI results are tracked and used to improve performance.
• Collaborate with line teams to optimize maintenance activities and line startup/shutdown.
