Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical support, direction, safety training, audits, and quality control across facilities and production environments. The role prioritizes client needs, schedules, and on-time completion while ensuring all documentation and training requirements are met.

The position requires strong supervision, Excel/Access proficiency, and experience with Maximo/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience supervising or managing subcontractors in technical industrial environments.
• Ability to analyze facilities maintenance problems and develop solutions.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for large audiences.
• Experience training multi-skilled technical workforce.
• Experience creating metrics and data mining to drive performance.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages entry of documentation and scheduled maintenance via Maximo/SAP.
• Manages reactive/corrective maintenance and distributes tasks.
• Leads safety program and maintains safety reporting.
• Audits work performance and provides coaching as needed.
• Reviews new job requests to determine in-scope vs non-scope work.
• Maintains performance of individuals and the worksite team.
• Reviews and approves time reporting.
• Compiles and presents reports to management and client teams.
• Documents cost savings and root cause analysis.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
