Job summary

Stoughton is seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead a team and ensure PM compliance and efficient maintenance workflows. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating CMMS activities across the plant.

You will develop and maintain CMMS data, manage spare parts, train staff, and support maintenance leadership to achieve cost reductions and reliability goals. A strong background in CMMS, ERP, and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading technical teams in manufacturing.
• 3+ years as planner, scheduler, or dispatcher in manufacturing.
• 2+ years with enterprise asset management software/CMMS.
• Experience in data analysis for asset management and spare parts optimization.
• Strong communication with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance by task and priority.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and generate work orders.
• Adjust schedules for emergencies.
• Manage CMMS data: work orders, equipment metadata, and spare parts data.
• Coach staff on CMMS use and best practices.
• Develop and maintain critical spare parts lists.
• Oversee materials management and inventory accuracy.
• Support Maintenance Leadership and escalate issues.
