Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an experienced I&E turnaround planner to lead planning for assigned scopes, including scope clarification, field validation, work breakdown, and estimating labor and materials.

You will collaborate with Operations, I&E Technicians, Engineering, and Contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and executable plans within outage windows, develop detailed work packages, and support testing, commissioning, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience planning shutdowns/outages in industrial environments.
• Strong communications and coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan turnaround scope with scope clarification, labor estimates, and material planning.
• Develop complete work packages with prerequisites, steps, and inspection points.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Contractors to ensure safe execution.
• Support schedule development and readiness assessments.
