Job summary

OXY, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize maintenance planning and execution across our oil and gas operations. You will review SAP notifications, develop detailed work plans, and coordinate scheduling with field teams to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and experience with SAP in asset-intensive environments. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and external vendors to maintain cost controls

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and oil & gas operations.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP notifications, develop detailed work plans, and drive scheduling and completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and support scheduling and execution of planned work with field operations and cross-functional teams.
• Lead planning and scheduling meetings with field operations teams and communicate priorities and constraints.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting tools to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
