Job summary

Hirebridge LLC in Hannibal, MO is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee inspection planning, scheduling and coordination of mechanical maintenance and improvements to keep operations safe, reliable and cost‑effective. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, coordinate staff and contractors, respond to breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
• Experience in cement production or similar industries preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS for planning and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program with staff and contractors.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing.
• Train maintenance staff and address skill gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase reliability.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report performance and downtime.
• Monitor the Master Preventive Maintenance Schedule and update PM checklists as needed.
