Job summary

General Mills Hannibal Plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide front line safety and technical leadership. You will oversee the maintenance team and drive continuous improvement to improve reliability. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with core hours 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., located on-site in Hannibal, MO.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage staffing, and collaborate on daily DDS meetings while focusing on root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance to reduce losses.

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Safety and Human Safety through Safety 2.0 principles and standards.
• Direct management of maintenance mechanics including staffing, performance management and onboarding.
• Lead portions of daily/weekly/monthly DDS meetings and ensure accurate performance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance foundational systems, DH and BE processes, and documentation standards.
• Partner with Maintenance Asset Care Leader on planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work.
• Maintain and optimize training/skills matrix to close gaps and develop staff.
