Qualifications

• Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance planning and record-keeping.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program, coordinating staff and contractors to prioritize tasks based on production needs.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, minimize downtime, and use performance data to resolve recurring issues.
• Promote a safety-first culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct inspections with corrective actions.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing within budget guidelines.
• Train maintenance staff, address skill gaps, and support professional growth.
• Improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance equipment reliability through innovation.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report on performance, costs, and downtime.
• Contribute to monitoring and ensuring maintenance of the Master PM Schedule and update PM check lists as needed.
