• Keep accurate maintenance records and report on performance, costs, and downtime.
• Contribute to monitoring and ensuring maintenance of the Master PM Schedule and update PM check lists as needed.

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Hannibal, MO. The Maintenance Coordinator must oversee the inspection planning, scheduling and coordination of the mechanical maintenance and improvements related activities in the most safe, reliable and cost-effective manner possible. This is accomplished through the use of inspection, planning and scheduling practices while taking into consideration the production requirements of the plant.

About the Role

• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate maintenance records and report on performance, costs, and downtime.
• Contributes to monitoring and ensuring maintenance of the Master Preventive Maintenance Schedule by ensuring the even distribution of preventive maintenance throughout the year and lead in recommendations for updating PM check lists as deemed necessary by equipment upgrades and modifications.

About You

We Require:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, preferably in cement production or similar industries.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with various teams.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and record-keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
